Appointment Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling availability for all families and clients, all appointments booked on folasadeadejoorin.com are subject to the following scheduling rules.
1. Booking Notice & Advance Window
- Minimum Advance Notice: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the requested slot.
- Advance Booking Window: Sessions may be scheduled up to 60 days in advance.
- Time Zone: All appointment slots are stored and displayed in West Africa Time (
Africa/Lagos, UTC+1).
2. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional administrative charge, subject to calendar availability.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for rescheduling or refund in accordance with the session terms.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments ('no-shows') may forfeit the reserved slot unless caused by a verified emergency.
4. Coach-Initiated Rescheduling
In the rare event that Folasade Adejoorin needs to reschedule a confirmed session, clients will be notified promptly and offered priority alternative dates or a full refund.
