Book Sales, Fulfilment, Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Product Scope & Pricing

Our online shop is dedicated exclusively to books authored or published by Folasade Adejoorin and The Bridge Family Coaching Ltd. Prices are displayed clearly in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and, where approved, US Dollars (USD). The final settlement currency and amount are shown clearly prior to payment initiation.

2. Payment Processing & Security

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. An order is marked as paid only after server-side cryptographic verification with Paystack. Duplicate or failed webhook notifications never result in double charges to your order record.

3. Order Confirmation & Fulfilment

• Order Confirmation: Immediately upon verified payment, you receive an order reference and confirmation receipt.
• Delivery Arrangement: Depending on the book format confirmed for your order (physical print dispatch or digital edition), dispatch timelines and tracking/access instructions are communicated via your registered email and phone number.

4. Refunds, Damaged Copies & Order Issues

• Physical Books: If a physical book arrives damaged or defective, please notify [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photo evidence for a replacement or refund.
• Digital Editions: Due to the nature of downloadable digital publications, completed digital deliveries are non-refundable once accessed, except in cases of duplicate billing or technical file defects.
• Failed or Duplicate Debits: Any verified duplicate payment is refunded in full upon confirmation with Paystack.
